How do I place an order?

A: Please directly call  or WhatsApp us at 2148036208 or via website. 

 We suggest dropping us a WhatsApp message with following details –

 

• The occasion (wedding/birthday/anniversary etc.) and date of your event 

• Your party’s theme, cake’s design idea or any reference cake picture you have. You can take a look at the designs done by me in the gallery.

• Serving size  ( if you are not clear about it, you can check our menu for sizing and serving size details)

• Customization details like your preference for flavors, decorations (fresh cream/fondant/buttercream), with egg/eggless option etc.

 

With the above details in hand, we can discuss your cake as soon as we are free.

 

How soon should we order the cake?

A: Cakes are booked on first come, first served basis. We take only few requests depending on the labor and craftsmanship on the cake. Having said that, we always try to accommodate the last minute requests if our schedule allows it. Therefore, always call to find out our availability for a particular date, even if it is a very short notice.

 

What is the smallest size that can be ordered?

A: 6 inch round cake is the smallest size we offer which servers 10-12 people ( small  servings) . And a minimum of 12 regular size cupcakes.

 

Do you offer Delivery?

A: No, we do not offer delivery at this time. Also, we request clients to Pick up the cake within the one hour window that is provided. We understand things happen,  just incase of late pickup kindly give us a call or leave us a message.   .

 

When is my order confirmed?

A: Your order is confirmed with 100% advance payment. Discussion over phone or WhatsApp, including conclusion over the design, does not mean your order is confirmed. We mark your order as confirmed only when we receive the advance.. 

 

What are the payment methods?

A: a) venmo

     b) Zelle

     c) Cash

Details will be provided when you finalize the order.

 

What is your cancellation Policy?

A: We hope that you don’t have to cancel any cakes. But in case you plan to cancel your order after the full payment, we offer 100% with THREE days advance notice from the date of the event. All the cancellations must be done by 5pm . If you fail to cancel the order , 25% of the cake order will be charged. 

 

Do you provide in-person cake consultation and tastings?

 

A: Yes, we do that for special occasions like weddings. Please note we are not a commercial shop, so cake samples are prepared specifically for you, therefore, we might charge a nominal fee for tasting, which would get adjusted in your final bill in case you order with us.

 

Do you have a menu or brochure? What flavor and fillings do you offer?

A: Yes. Take a look at our menu here. It mentions various kind of cakes (celebration cakes/signature cakes/designer cakes/all occasion cakes), cupcakes. Also, the flavors that we offer.

Are your cake decorations edible?

A: All the decorations made with Fondant are edible. However, wooden sticks/straws/toothpicks etc. used in structural support of design elements are non-edible.
